Healing Strategist
WHAT IS A HEALING STRATEGIST? +
A guide who effectively listens to hear where trauma roots in their client. I provide a clear plan of how to move from trauma to healing with clients' applied actions. I provide a safe place for each client to release suppressed pain, triggers, anxiety, and depression. I speak words of manifestation based on the clients' beliefs and desired accomplishments. I am not a therapist or a phycologist. I use three main methods of healing (not limited to): Meditation, Affirmations, and Reiki.
REIKI
WHAT IS REIKI? +
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN A REIKI SESSION? +
Every session is different based on each client. The client will sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a table, fully clothed. There may or may not be music, depending on the client's preference. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the head, limbs, and torso using different hand shapes, for between 2 and 5 minutes (can go longer depends on client needs/requests).
ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS +
Most people feel relaxed after a reiki session. Others may feel unusually tired. Practitioners claim that this means your body is healing. (Yes,this is safe for pregant mothers too)
WHAT IS REIKI USED FOR? +
People use Reiki to relax and strengthen their wellbeing; reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue; help manage symptoms; reduce side effects of medications; and support recovery after injuries or surgery. (please note this is a summary of what could happen but not promise to happen.)

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY +
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive order. A signature is required for all Glam Tote orders to be delivered. If no one is available at the address, all packages will be returned to your local post office. You must provide valid proof of ID to obtain your package.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE? +
All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS), flat rate shipping, unless requested by you, the customer.
WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL? +
If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder. most confirmation emails will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order, however sometimes you may experience a slight delay. in this case, please allow up to 12 hours for your confirmation email to come through. if you have any further questions in regard to your email confirmation, please submit your Inquiry here.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? +
If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. please log into your account to check your tracking information. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday you order might experience slight delays, dependent on the postal services/couriers. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? +
All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed.
Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
RA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 5 days.
Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Provide the following information for a return or exchange:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- E-mail Address
- Order #
- Order Date
- Style# for Return/Exchange Item
- Quantity for Each Style#
- Reason for Return/Exchange
E-mail the above information to receive an RA# for your Return/Exchange.
Once RA# is acquired, ship the item(s) to LeslieMMIchelle, LLC.
Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.
Terms and Conditions
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS? +
I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:
1) I have read the return & shipping policy page.
2) Any incorrect address will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
3) I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
4) I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
5) I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
6) I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
7) I understand that I DO NOT have to sign for my package in order for it to be DELIVERED. Any loss is the responsibility of USPS and any complaints should be directed to USPS.
8) I understand that LeslieMMIchelle, LLC is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.
9) I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website.
10) I understand that LeslieMMIchelle, LLC offers a 90-day warranty on all products and home goods. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange or replacement will be honored. Please open your packages upon receipt. LeslieMMIchelle, LLC is not responsible for how I wear or treat my product.
11) If package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them. LeslieMMIchelle, LLC is not responsible.
12) I understand that shipping for orders placed on DECEMBER 13, 2021 will BEGIN ON DECEMBER 16, 2021.
13) I understand that for orders placed on DECEMBER 13, 2021 will not be received by CHRISTMAS.
14) I am not a Therapist, not a Psychologist, and not a Mental health professional.
15) All digital products are NON-Refundable.
16) Each service requires a 50% NON-Refundable deposit
17) Each Service has a $25 NON-Refundable Cancellation fee. (without 24hr emailed notice, NO EXCEPTIONS)
